Hello Askgamblers Team,

I open this complaint because the casino has still not paid my winnings of 608 € per instant-bank- transfer for 6 days ( requested at June 11, 7:25 am). My account is fully verified. I haven't used any bonuses.

In the terms and conditions of the casino, I can find that bank payments will be paid within 3 bank days. 5 bank days were gone since I requested the withdrawal. So in my opinion they are breaking their own rules. The chat support is also not helpful they tell me every day that it is in the queue and they need more time.

It would be nice if you can help me. Thank you.

Finally found a competent support agent that was able to help me after 8 days of waiting. Payment is done now. After all i am really done playing here.
