Mr Green Casino - Mr Green 5360 euro locked after KYC no reply from ID or Complaints team
Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Mr Green account, which currently has €5,360 locked due to a pending address verification.

On October 16, I emailed [email protected]
with a full explanation and attached all required verification documents (photo ID, selfie with ID, and proof of address). In that email, I clarified that I had mistakenly entered my father’s address during registration, but my official registered address is my mother’s residence, and I attached proof confirming this.

The same day I received an automated reply from Mr Green, confirming receipt of my message and stating that I would get a response within 72 hours. However, no one ever contacted me.

After 10 days with no reply, I sent a reminder email on October 26 to the same address.
Then, on October 27, I also contacted [email protected]
to escalate the matter — still without any response.

As of today, more than three weeks have passed, and my account remains restricted despite me having provided all required KYC documents and explanations.

I have also reviewed other complaints from customers on AskGamblers, and it’s clear that this is not the first time Mr Green has failed to respond to verification or payment-related issues within a reasonable timeframe.

Requested resolution:

Complete my KYC verification.

Unlock my account.

Release my balance of €5,360 immediately.

All documents and correspondence are attached below as evidence.

Mr Green Casino - Casino not helping and delaying my verification

I honestly don’t know what else to do at this point. I played at this casino on August 1st, and I won using my own money (no bonus or anything). After that, I uploaded my documents for verification, identity, and proof of address.

Then the nightmare started.

My proof of address was rejected. Support told me I need to upload a bank statement showing transactions, so I did that. It got rejected again.

Then I uploaded a statement from my Irish bank. That also got rejected. When I asked them why, they said it’s either cropped or not fully visible, which honestly makes no sense because it’s completely clear and readable. I’ll attach it here so you can see it too.

After that, they told me to upload a utility bill, which I don’t have because none are in my name. I explained that to them, but they just keep rejecting my documents without giving me any proper explanation. I’ve asked several times for them to tell me exactly what’s wrong or what I should upload instead, but I just get ignored or the same generic replies.

I even sent them a warning email 6 days ago, asking for proper help, or I’d have to escalate things; no reply to that either.

It’s been weeks now, and I’m still stuck. I feel like I’m just going in circles with no one actually looking into my case. I’m really tired of this. I just want to get verified and access my money. I’ve done everything they asked, and every time I try to follow their instructions, they change something or reject it again.

This shouldn’t be this hard.

The fact that you can use paypal to deposit and they do not combine bonus with real money so you keep any winnings on your real money which is played first, good selection of slots to play and good live gaming section.

I had a bit of a problem that took a bit of time to sort out but it was resolved in the end with hopefully lessons learned all round for all, it was corrected by Mr Green eventually so thanks for that.

I read some good reviews about Mr. Green so I joined but I didn't deposit. After a long chat with Tom at the casino, I realized there were some restrictions on certain games for Canadian Players. Tom was kind enough to tell me he would escalate the issue, so I am so far impressed with their customer service but I did read below whereby one player said the customer service tries to end the conversation quickly. That is true. I kept a copy of the chat as well.

I really always check reviews before depositing as I have already been dubbed by other rogue casinos that promise something and don't deliver. Let's face it, Withdrawal times and process are of utmost importance and I have had a hard time with the Grand Ivy so I don't want this re-concurring elsewhere. I have read reviews below that some are having issues on the complaints. A few too many and that is not good.

Also, I like playing games from Elk Studios Software, I play these games daily in 3 different casinos. When I chatted with Tom, he told me they have those games but I tried the search and could not locate. When a few months ago I joined the Mr green casino they are offered 20 free spins on the gonzos quest slot. In the past when I saw they promotions usually the Hungarian players was not allowed to get the no deposit bonuses but it seems they changed them rules.

After I registered and verified my phone number the free spins was there and I can use them instantly. The first rounds didn’t bring much luck but the end of these spins I collected about 5 euro.

What I like about this website is the nice layout and wide selection of games they offer.

As for the withdrawals, I think it's one of the worst casinos operating in the market, because the verification process is very long and complex.

Moreover, the customer service agents are rather impolite - they don't want to answer the questions directly and they always try to finish the chat as soon as possible, not even asking if there is anything else they could help us with.

I had actually great time with Mr. Green casino, and I loved many many things when I was playing there. The "Fantasy" design of Mr. Green (although later on I don't play there, but I enjoy the newsletter to see what new story of Mr. Green just comes out), my 200 EUR cash withdraw there with the minimum deposit 20 EUR, and the nice customer service. Withdraw was proved and reach to my e wallet within a week, not the fastest, but it's good enough compare to some RTG casinos....

I love so many features there on Mr. Green site...but after all, it's a "casino"......after finishing the great welcome package, I find no other interesting bonus/free spins offers to keep me back. I'm not a fan of Tournaments, even with small free spins deposit bonus, they are always with wager requirements. Therefore I almost don't play there anymore these days.

Worst Site for pay outs, bonuses are very rare and when you do get one it wont be over 10£ Live casino is fixed really badly.
