Mr Green Casino - Mr Green 5360 euro locked after KYC no reply from ID or Complaints team
Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Mr Green account, which currently has €5,360 locked due to a pending address verification.

On October 16, I emailed [email protected]
with a full explanation and attached all required verification documents (photo ID, selfie with ID, and proof of address). In that email, I clarified that I had mistakenly entered my father’s address during registration, but my official registered address is my mother’s residence, and I attached proof confirming this.

The same day I received an automated reply from Mr Green, confirming receipt of my message and stating that I would get a response within 72 hours. However, no one ever contacted me.

After 10 days with no reply, I sent a reminder email on October 26 to the same address.
Then, on October 27, I also contacted [email protected]
to escalate the matter — still without any response.

As of today, more than three weeks have passed, and my account remains restricted despite me having provided all required KYC documents and explanations.

I have also reviewed other complaints from customers on AskGamblers, and it’s clear that this is not the first time Mr Green has failed to respond to verification or payment-related issues within a reasonable timeframe.

Requested resolution:

Complete my KYC verification.

Unlock my account.

Release my balance of €5,360 immediately.

All documents and correspondence are attached below as evidence.

Mr Green Casino - Casino not helping and delaying my verification

I honestly don’t know what else to do at this point. I played at this casino on August 1st, and I won using my own money (no bonus or anything). After that, I uploaded my documents for verification, identity, and proof of address.

Then the nightmare started.

My proof of address was rejected. Support told me I need to upload a bank statement showing transactions, so I did that. It got rejected again.

Then I uploaded a statement from my Irish bank. That also got rejected. When I asked them why, they said it’s either cropped or not fully visible, which honestly makes no sense because it’s completely clear and readable. I’ll attach it here so you can see it too.

After that, they told me to upload a utility bill, which I don’t have because none are in my name. I explained that to them, but they just keep rejecting my documents without giving me any proper explanation. I’ve asked several times for them to tell me exactly what’s wrong or what I should upload instead, but I just get ignored or the same generic replies.

I even sent them a warning email 6 days ago, asking for proper help, or I’d have to escalate things; no reply to that either.

It’s been weeks now, and I’m still stuck. I feel like I’m just going in circles with no one actually looking into my case. I’m really tired of this. I just want to get verified and access my money. I’ve done everything they asked, and every time I try to follow their instructions, they change something or reject it again.

This shouldn’t be this hard.

I thought I'd play mr green after noticing there was a number of games that I enjoy playing. I deposited $50 aud & had a really good run but unfortunately lost it all. I decided to deposit another $30 aud & it got quite low, then it just went up & up & up to a lovely amount of €4500 euro ($5900aud). It's the best win I've ever had although I then started to have concerns as to weather the withdrawal would be approved & if it would take a long time due to me being in Australia.

I proceeded to withdraw & it had no problems. The thing I'm most impressed with is that as soon as mr green verified my I'd, the money was in my skrill acc within 4hrs. Nice site clean layout, Fun games and great selection ..

Like alot of the other reviews my only grudge is that they do not offer alot of bonuses.. Can go months without one sometimes..

Good game selection and some offers. Not always good but have been playing at worse places. Still not happy with them. Good if u want to play without bonus.

The offers are not very good apart from the welcome bonus. Feels like the company doesn't evolve anymore. They got stocked at some point and don't go with the time. Seems like they just lay back because they know they have kind of a good reputation in general. But when you are aware of competitors and how they operate you can feel the difference.
To be honest, if you look for a casino with a great game selection, I prefer LeoVegas. At least they are still trying to move forward and the offers are much better if you want to ply with a bonus from time to time.

Lots a choice, and nice website and many ways to contact support.

The amount of time their "payments team" take to approve the unusually high number of documents they ask for to prove your identity even when all they have to do it credit the same card that was used to deposit, and the customer support can never actually give you an answer for any questions you have.

Almost Everything! Awesome cashout times (a few minutes and money is on neteller), beautiful site design and very responsive, excellent games. Another GREAT thing is minimum 0.50 on some roulette tables, which is perfect for casual players.

I do really recommend this casino to everyone! The best I've found so far, no doubt.

I'm mostly a roulette player, a casual one, so it would be great to see the minimum stake of 0.50€ extended to other tables, like Mr Green live roulette, and netent live ones.

I really think a lower minimum stake like 0.50 or even 0.25 like on double ball, is positive for the casino because it will certainly attract a few more players, and all those who bet high, will continue to do it ;)

Lately I am very dissapointed about e-mails amount I get from them so accordingly I am not depositing but that's the only problem I had here. Mr Green is the only casino in which I had overall of 400 credits deposited back then and started this day with 20 credits deposit. I deposited at MrGreen small amounts like 5, 10, 20 maybe twice a week. And I won 38,000 PLN that day. My withdrawal was 30,000 but I was surprised by the difference in winnings in other casinos and amounts of deposited in them. The thing of me telling you the story is that they are really fair casinos to any kind of players and any tier of loyalty. It's happy to be back there sometimes, even for a little bit...
