Regarding William Hill Casino Club. I refered a friend who made a deposit and wagered but when i went to chat to claim the bonus they could not find information linking my friend to my referal. I referred my friend at 11.30pm NZ time and showed in my history that. I also did a screenshot of the form i filled in to do it as I did this twice to be sure.. i have attached a screenshot showing auto fill wanting to resubmit exactly the info i submitted and upon clicking confirm a message that came up for me the second time I did it stating that the email address of my friend had already been submitted. Proving it was submitted. There seems to be a glitch of some kind but still no bonus is being awarded.. on the screen shot you can clearly see i am logged in and in the second image clearly the statement that that email had already been submitted.
Feeling disappointed as this is a good contact I've sent to the casino and have done many more as well.
