PokerStars Casino - Account restricted for more than 1 month and funds retained

My pokerstars account has been restricted for since february 23 for a "routine security investigation" that is "usually completed within minutes". I have sent all the verification documents pokerstars demanded on time and I have written to them multiple times with no answer or explanation at all. I have not violated any terms, have not changed address, payment method, or made large withdrawals or deposits, so there is no logical explanation of the delay.

The issue is that I need to use my funds, but the withdrawal is blocked. I have written multiple times with the request (to be able to withdraw my funds) with no answer, it is unreasonable (if not illegal) that pokerstars is retaining my funds for more than a month.
