I am currently being blocked by PokerStars Casino regarding my account being restricted randomly. I deposit with the Rapid method andthey just restricted randomly my account is slchibom. I can't use my funds and I can't take them out. I have send them emails and they don't answer or give me a reason.

“Your account has been temporarily restricted pending a routine security investigation. We apologize for this delay.

These checks are usually completed within minutes, after which time your account will either be re-opened with full functionality, or you will receive an email explaining required next steps.”

This complaint has been reopened due to the declared willingness on behalf of PokerStars Casino management to do everything within their power to solve their old complaints. AskGamblers Complaints Team is happy to give these old cases one more chance for a successful resolution.

I confirm that the problem is resolved, but it took wayyyy to long, waited for like 2 months
