I have emailed them multiple times.
I gave them all the information they asked for (ID, Bank Statements) then they started ignoring me.
They said "I would be contacted as soon as possible" five days ago.
I have over $3000 on the account and want my money.
I have contacted them on twitter multiple times and been ignored while I can see they are responding to people who have similar issues.
I have direct messaged them on twitter and had responses then started being ignored on Saturday.
