While attempting to make a withdrawl from my account on Friday the 1st of June I was logged out of my account, upon trying to sign back in to continue the withdrawl it told me my account was frozen and to contact support@pokerstarscasino.uk. After 10 days, and countless emails I have received no correspondence or recognition of this being dealt with.

After reviewing your account, we see a withdrawal request, made on 01-06-2019, of $71.00 or £54.66, this withdrawal was processed immediately, and the funds should have reached you within 10 working days.
