I am filling thiscomplaint because is impossible to pass the verification process.

They're asking for a screenshot of my crypto wallet where I withdrew. In the screenshot they ask that there must be the email and my name visible, which is impossible, because a crypto wallet is anonymous, can't have that data. Also there is no such thing like "website or app of my crypto wallet", because the wallet doesn't exists in an app or website, it's in the blockchain.

Also they blocked my account, so I can't see with details of the transactions they need to verify, I tried to contact them, but they still say the same (I attach screenshot).

The verification process make no sense, because they should have verified my account first before allowing me to make a withdrawal.

Atleast unblock me from their website, to see the details of transactions they're asking (I mean, I want full details with date with exact seconds, and exact amount, and check what is address wallet from Marathon), so I can find for the wallet where I withdrew.
