I noticed on your website that you have successfully resolved cases involving Marathonbet, which is why I am reaching out and kindly asking for your assistance in this matter.

Everything I state here can be supported with screenshots and documented evidence. I have also secured all bets, transactions, and account data in case my account is restricted or removed.

I am currently unable to withdraw several thousand USD from Marathonbet because the crypto wallet verification has not been accepted. I have submitted all requested documents, including passport, national ID, bank, tax and credit card statements, as well as all technically possible screenshots from my Nexo wallet (owner details and transaction history), and an official PDF confirmation from Nexo.

Additionally, I have recently moved and have transparently provided verification for both my previous and current address, including supporting bank documentation.

The verification is being rejected because I am required to provide a “pop-up window with personal information” from my Nexo wallet. This is technically impossible, as such a feature does not exist on the Nexo platform.

I have clearly explained this multiple times and offered alternative solutions, including screen recordings and live screensharing sessions. These offers were ignored. Additionally, my attempts to contact the responsible department have been blocked.
I have fully cooperated and provided the maximum level of verification possible. At this point, the process appears to be delaying my withdrawal.

I kindly ask for your support in mediating this case and helping to resolve the situation so I can withdraw my funds.

Follow-up: Still no resolution – $2,991.92 missing after fake Bet Settlement Corrections

I have contacted both official email addresses multiple times you mentioned in your latest response.

No substantive reply from either address.
Emails sent to the .com support addresses are returned as undeliverable (“not deliverable to you”).
When I call the phone number (+44 203 318 1343 or others), nobody answers.
The only response I have received so far comes from the UK team (Marathonbet.co.uk), who clearly stated they are not responsible for my account on marathonbet.com and advised me to contact the .com team.

This is completely unacceptable. My case involves the sudden deduction of $2,991.92 on 11 April 2026 at 16:44 through more than 20 unexplained “Bet Settlement Corrections” right after legitimate Roulette winnings. All bets had settled correctly beforehand.
My formal complaint PDF (which I already sent multiple times) is attached again to this review for transparency.
My case should already be known internally at Marathonbet. Instead of generic replies, I expect the responsible .com team to:

Confirm receipt immediately
Provide a detailed explanation for every single correction
Credit the full $2,991.92 back to my account or allow unrestricted withdrawal within the next 5 business days

My lawyers are fully briefed and included in all correspondence. I have already escalated to AskGamblers and will now proceed with formal complaints to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, Swiss consumer protection authorities, and any other relevant bodies if there is no proper response soon.
Marathonbet Team, please contact me directly and resolve this matter. Ghosting and redirecting between .com and .co.uk is not a professional way to handle player funds.

Marathonbet stole $2,991.92 from me with fake “Bet Settlement Corrections” after big Roulette wins – unacceptable!
I deposited money and played a mix of sports betting and casino games (Blackjack and especially Roulette) on Marathonbet. My biggest wins came from Roulette. Everything looked normal — bets settled correctly with green checkmarks and accurate results. My balance reached $6,644.92.
Then, on 11 April 2026 at exactly 16:44, Marathonbet suddenly added more than 20 “Bet settlement correction” entries within a single minute. Many were labeled as “adjustment” with zero explanation. Immediately after, a large negative entry of -$3,653 was applied, wiping out most of my winnings.
I was able to withdraw $3,653, but $2,991.92 is still missing without any justification whatsoever.
Key problems:

All corrections happened simultaneously in one minute — extremely suspicious.
No single bet or Roulette spin was ever disputed or showed wrong results when first settled.
Clear pattern: Win big (especially on casino) → mass corrections → money disappears.
No bonus abuse, no rule violations — just legitimate play.
Support is now ghosting or giving evasive replies. Communication is heavily restricted.

I have played on many other platforms (Bet365, Pinnacle, Stake, BC.Game, Vave, Sportsbet.io, William Hill) and have never experienced such a blatant tactic.
This feels like deliberate theft of legitimate winnings. Marathonbet operates under a weak Curaçao license and seems to have no problem erasing player balances with unexplained “corrections”.
I have full evidence:

Balance before: $6,644.92

I have already filed complaints with AskGamblers and will escalate to Curaçao ADR, Swiss authorities, and wherever necessary.
Warning to others: If you win at Marathonbet — especially on Roulette or casino games — be prepared for your balance to be “corrected” into nothing. Stay away or play only with very small amounts you can afford to lose completely.

I have almost doubled my initial deposit through fair play, which makes the current situation even more concerning. Based on my experience, this does not reflect a platform that treats winning customers fairly.

I am currently unable to withdraw several thousand USD from Marathonbet due to what appears to be an intentionally obstructive verification process.

I have submitted all requested documents: passport, national ID, bank, tax and credit card statements, full crypto wallet screenshots (owner details and transactions), and even an official PDF confirmation from Nexo.

Despite full cooperation, my documents are repeatedly rejected based on a requirement that is technically impossible to fulfill.

Marathonbet demands a “pop-up window with personal information” from the Nexo wallet – a feature that does not exist. This has been explained multiple times.

I have also offered alternative solutions such as screen recordings and live screensharing to prove ownership. These have been ignored.

Even more concerning: my emails to their customer Care and support department are being blocked, effectively preventing me from resolving the issue.

Based on this experience, it increasingly appears that the process is being deliberately delayed to avoid payouts. At this point, I am seriously concerned that this is an attempt to withhold or potentially misappropriate customer funds.

For contextl, I have used many other platforms such as Bet365, Polymarket, BC.Game, Vave, Sportsbet.io, Bet22, Stake, Pinnacle and William Hill, and I have never experienced anything like this.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter to the relevant authorities, consumer protection agencies, and financial regulators, and I will also bring this case to public attention through media channels.

I strongly advise caution when using this platform.

After submitting the official Marathonbet Complaint Form:

I filled out and sent the official complaint form exactly as instructed in their Terms and Conditions. Instead of addressing the theft of my winnings, Marathonbet sent me the following completely irrelevant and false response:


"Dear my Name

Thank you for choosing Marathonbet.

We have received your complaint regarding the results of the previously conducted verification.

After careful review by the responsible department, the accuracy of the original decision has been confirmed.

Please note that this decision is final and will not be subject to further reconsideration.

This reply is absolutely useless and deliberately misleading. My complaint was never about account verification, I was already fully verified long before the incident. The issue is the unlawful deduction of $2,991.92 through fake bet corrections. They are simply refusing to address the actual problem.

Marathonbet is ghosting me and dodging responsibility. This is straight-up theft of legitimate winnings.

Absolute scam. Stay far away from this platform.
