I am writing to file a formal complaint against Wildsino regarding repeated issues with my withdrawal request.

On 23 February, I requested a withdrawal of €400 from my account. After waiting four days, the withdrawal was declined without any valid explanation. I was informed that I had cancelled the withdrawal myself, which is incorrect. I had not logged into my account during that period and did not cancel the request.

Following this, I was instructed by Wildsino’s support team to submit a new withdrawal request. I complied and made a second withdrawal attempt. Once again, after four days, the withdrawal was cancelled. This time I was told that the cancellation was due to technical difficulties, which they claimed would be resolved. However, only five minutes after cancelling the withdrawal, I was asked to submit yet another withdrawal request. This sequence of events raises serious concerns.

It is important to note that:
• I have successfully completed one withdrawal in the past.
• I have used the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• I have not been asked to provide any KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation.
• There have been no clear or consistent explanations for the repeated cancellations.

I always follow up with them, but they always say that they will process. But till now still pending.

And they block my withdrawal.

I have a 28,268.62 remaining balance.

I chatted with them to unblock, but they did not.

I would like to report an issue with my withdrawals from Wildsino Casino.

On August 29, I made a deposit, claimed a bonus, and successfully completed the wagering requirements according to the terms. The following day (August 30), I submitted a €500 withdrawal request, and on August 31, I submitted another €500 withdrawal request.

As of today, both withdrawals are still shown as Pending. This means it has now been 12 days since the first request, and we are currently on the eighth business day, with no progress so far.

I have not been asked for any additional verification or documents, and my account status indicates that no further verification should be required. Therefore, I would have expected the withdrawal process to be more straightforward.

While I understand that delays can sometimes occur, I feel the waiting time is now becoming quite long.

Slow withdrawals on wildsino
Hi,

I have 3 pending withdrawals on wildsino casino. 14.8, 15.8 and 16.8. So it's been 13 working days and nothing has happened. Support keeps saying that they have informed payment staff and those withdrawals have top priority. Verification isn't needed.

This is just too slow. On terms casino says it takes normally three days. Hopefully this complaint speeds up the process, and warns other players before they make deposits on this casino.

Winnings from July 17 still not paid out

On July 17, 2025, I won a significant amount at Wildsino Casino. Since that date, my withdrawal has been constantly marked as “under review”, and no payment has been made to my account.

I have contacted the casino’s customer support multiple times, but I only receive template responses without any clear explanation or resolution. No progress has been made regarding my withdrawal.

This situation has caused me great frustration and disappointment. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that the casino provides a clear update on when I can expect my winnings to be paid out.

Hello, I recently registered at Wildsino Casino. According to some reviews, the casino should be making payouts after 2 days. On July 10, 2025, at 1:00 a.m., I successfully received a €75 bonus (€7,000 wager). Now support keeps telling me it will take 3-5 days to receive a payout. Today, July 17, 2025, at 1:00 a.m., the fifth day has passed and I haven't seen a cent. €500 is in the payout queue and €900 is in my player account. The casino is delaying the payout. Stopped receiving payments again

Hi,

I previously submitted a complaint about this issue, and it was marked as resolved, but the problem is still ongoing. My recent withdrawal requests from Wildsino have not been processed, and I have not received the funds yet.

To be clear, I’m not accusing anyone of anything — I’m just trying to follow up on a situation that remains unresolved from my side. I’ve gone through support, but the issue continues, and I haven’t gotten a clear answer or solution.

Delayed payment of my money

This casino is delaying my payment for too long now. Denied payment and verification issues
Yes I had a winning at wildsino I got my first payment two weeks later after waiting then I was still owed 1250 which I submitted March 1st and now we are in April 16 I waited for my payment hadn’t been asked to verify anything at this point in March. I kept being told their was a delay for me to be patient then towards the end of March I finally get asked to verify my documents which I submitted then they kept telling I wasn’t sending in my pdf file original from my bank of my deposit to their casino which I absolutely had I kept sending it in several times keep being told it’s not original which it is the original even sent copies of my Interac showing from my bank. I went into the live chat talking with different agents who said be patient we will find out what is going on and that they will get back to me which they never have. I talked to someone yesterday and they tell me once again be patient that they are having delays on withdrawals which we are almost two months of submitting my withdraw I feel like I have been very patient.
