Very similar situation than with another casino that I shared on Ask Gambler. Terrible experience last year with Tony Bet. After winning a big amount of money (£15k) I put in place both wager limit and time out on my account to make sure that I would not be tempted to gamble this money again during the extremely slow withdrawal process of the website. Despite both tools in place on my account I was able to gamble and obviously lose all my gains before I was able to gamble and obviously lose my unprotected wins. Tony Bet even sent me an email Admitting that their wager limit tool was faulty and that the issue had been resolved, after I was able to gamble and lose all my money obviously!!! Tony Bet failed to comply with their responsible gaming and customer protection responsibilities. I therefore raised a complaint with both the UK Gaming Commission and The Ministry of culture and sport (in charge of the UK GC) hoping that justice will made, that I recover my unprotected gains and that other players don’t get fooled

Oh boy, TonyBet casino, where shall I begin? Personally I really like TonyBet because they have everything, my favorite games, great layout, easy to navigate website etc. Been a member since 2014 and I made several deposits but didn't managed to make any withdrawals because I didn't had any luck. Somewhere in 2015 I finally got a little bit luck and requested a small withdrawal, the day after they sent me an email saying that I need to send them the necessary documents in order to process the withdrawal.

The requested documents were sent and the next day I got a reply from them. My ID was accepted but the Skrill screenshot was not.
