Qassino Casino

Extremely bad casino. I deposited a profit of about 500 euros and then I tried to verify myself. This has been going on for weeks now it can only be uploaded every few days one of 4 documents that are required. The chat does not respond and at phase 3 everything is constantly rejected. The casino is a scam do not play there. At the moment the website is not accessible at all.

The site looks good and it’s easy to sign up. They have a few bonus offers which seem quite good, but I don’t use bonuses. But that’s it, this casino is complete scam.

This casino doesn’t want to pay out my winnings for weeks. Everytime they have new excuses not to pay my money! Be careful and don’t play in this casino!!! The support is terrible and uncooperative. Seems this casino is scam and don’t want to pay me! Will update my review when the complaint is hopefully solved.

I was playing with the same Casino for almost a year but after 4-5 big cash outs, I had serious problems with them so I found this Casino. I'm kinda new but so far, so good. Customer service is fast with the responses, cool games, and wide cash-in options. I tried to cash out 2 times just to test and I cashed out everything, they sent it without asking for weird documents.

Right now, I think I don't have anything to say here. I saw 2-3 games weren't working, when I clicked on them there was an error on the screen. And of course, their bonuses can be a little bit higher :)

There are many bonuses and many games.
The interface is convenient, I immediately found what I wanted and could easily find it. You can make a deposit with crypto and also withdraw, for me this is very convenient. I deposited 50 euros and already won. For now I will continue to play, when I decide to withdraw money I will write a review again and update my comment.

I had huge problems with my ex-casino. After my 4th withdrawal, they asked me for more and more documents and made me wait for more than a whole week to send the money. Right now, I'm looking for a new casino and I'm just testing their games, trying to reach out the customer support, trying to withdraw as much as I can and then depositing again to see if they are legit. It's been 10 days since I started using these guys, I requested 3 different withdraws, all successful and fast. The games are fair, easy to use layout. Right now, it's going good.

There should be a lot more games to play honestly. Plus, because of my retarded government, withdraw and deposit options are not that wide to me so using bitcoin for those is EXTREMELY important to me so I hope they are going to get it soon. They should also work on their bonus amounts.

We all know withdraws are the most important thing. I mean, if you can't get your money, what's the point? Or if you think that you might not be able to. Whenever I try to withdraw, most Casinos are always asking for more documents or such things to make it even more complicated or make you keep your money in there so you might lose it again. I had only 3 withdraws over 1k with these guys, and they sent them all almost immediately.

I want to use bitcoin for my withdraws and deposits but there's not an option like that. Also, the bonuses can be a little bit higher. No sportsbook, no cash-in with Bitcoin which is a must for me. Also, I had a few problems with the games. Not while I was playing, I just couldn't play. They continuously showed some errors. Dunno.
