I recently started playing here again, after not playing there for about a year or so. I initially had my balance automatically deducted because I had broken a term of the bonus. This casino is a scam. They do not allow you to withdraw funds because of allegedly inappropriate documents to confirm your place of residence. They simply rejected all the documents I sent and did not explain the exact reason for the refusal. Although all the documents sent were suitable according to all the rules and were valid. I passed verification at more than 10+ casinos with these documents and there were no problems. After reading the discussions about this casino, I realized that this problem is not only mine and this casino simply takes money from its users in this way. They are just scammers
