Intentional stalling of withdrawals
Hello,
I have been struggling to withdraw winnings from WinLegends for 1.5 weeks now. They have twice accepted only one of multiple open withdrawal requests in order to stall the others. Today they canceled my two open withdrawals and again asked me to make new withdrawal requests for smaller amounts.
1st time:
-> I had 2 open withdrawal requests each for 1000€
-> They cancelled the requests and asked me to make new requests each for 500€ (the casino has a limit of 3 withdrawal requests so clearly they stall and want me to play more)
-> I made 3 new requests each for 500€
-> They then accepted only one withdrawal request of 500€ and not the other two
2nd time:
-> I got lucky and won more so I made 3 withdrawal requests for 1000€ on 3.10.2024
-> They accepted only one withdrawal request of 1000€ and not the other two
-> Today I asked them why the other two withdrawals were delayed, answer was: "We would like to inform you that your withdrawal requests totalling 2000 EUR have been interrupted due to technical reasons. Please try to create withdrawal requests of 500 EUR each, the finance department will make the withdrawal as soon as possible."
I think it's quite clear that they are acting unfairly and continuously stalling the withdrawals. I have now made two new withdrawal requests each for 1000€.
If possible please help me. The casino's behavior is unfair and time-consuming. Thanks :)
