Hi I have made many attempts to have my account closed and am advised to then email another address to which I have don’t more than 20 times in the past 3 months to not one single reply. I have now had a win here and the won’t pay out stating I didn’t reply in time to which I have the emails to prove I did and then had one this morning with stated failed when I asked why the live chat could t explain so I have no idea why it was. This site is a complete scam and does not respond to customers and never wants to pay out when you win. The also take 8% on all transactions when you do try to withdraw I just want to withdraw from this site and have it closed please as it’s caused me to much trouble

I have tired to get my funds and also have my account t closed to no avail. I have made 4 attempts to withdraw and each time the ask for an 8% charge to which I have replied to saying yes even though I feel I should t be charged again as its every 30 days but anyway I agreed to it and the then cancelled it and never notified me of that I only found out when I signed back into my account and seen my balance back available. I have made a number of attempts to have my account closed and when you do email support the give u another email address to notify them and that takes days for a reply to then be given a 3rd email address to which I have emailed for months now and never once got a single reply. So I just want to know the reason why my withdrawals keep been cancelled and not been paid? When am I going to get my funds? Also can the kindly close my account as it’s affecting my mental health now. I went into live chat each time to ask and they have no idea why just say the snake thing each time is that the would let the relevant Deimos and I’ll get an email which also has never happened.
