Hi,
this casino does not let you play your favorite slot. In my case i played only minotaurus with bonusmoney and happened to win total of 2931€.
Then i get email about breaking their rules.

I send them email and asked if playing your favorite slot only is against the rules (Minotaurus by Endorphina). But they never answered back.
I think im trying to be scammed here and they avoid to pay me my winnings. Currently i have only my initial deposit 300€ in my balance.
Askgamblers can you help me solve this problem?

As we mention before by other ways, our bonus terms and conditions explicite said "Our bonuses are created with the purpose of entertaining", and in the history of your plays and behavior we can evidence that your bet are not for entertainment, your bet are totally logical, making bet only for max bet in high volatility slots and then complete in low ones, you only play bonus in all our sister sites.
In your case we decided refund your account with the deposit, you can withdrawal when you want.

There is a certain point about this case that I would like to make. After carefully reading once again the Terms of conditions of the casino it can be stated that the paragraph "Our bonuses are created with the purpose of entertaining" really exists. However, it is very abstract and there are no clear definitions about what actions can be considered done "not for the entertainment". In that way, anyone who won something in certain slots before and likes them because he believes they bring him luck can be accused of "intentionally trying to win" and not playing for the purpose of "entertainment".

I would like to sincerely ask you to take this case into consideration. In case if the casino will decide to ignore it and is not willing to communicate with its players as well as if it will decide to keep its terms and conditions in the same abstract way to leave the space for the unjustified accusations I would like the rating of the casino to be re-considered and lowered signifficantly.
