Waiting on $7000 payout!. Have played and withdrawn funds in past but always had issues with docs. Account says No Documents Required, Changed a card and sent it in - But had to start again and submit docs again. Account says No Documents Required
All sent in - twice as much info as they asked for. Account says No Documents Required
Told not enough, we need this - I send in new docs again - told not enough, send new docs. Done.
Told they now need to see the 'full corners of the document' in image, scans now not enough - Retake all images and sent in again.
Told now that they did not receive the images......
Resent again, No RESPONSE. This is now OVER ONE MONTH. One more '24 HOUR' period for them to pay this or it's off to Digimedia Limited and The Malta Gaming Authority. I just want to be paid without having to take this matter further. And they are still happy to take money and have me spend - but if you win?
