Withdrew $4745 in bitcoin on the 16th April. It was listed as confiscated straight after, and live chat said to wait for an email that never arrived. The $4745 was eventually returned, but I still can’t get an answer as to why or whether I can withdraw or not. In total I have a balance of $7992.54 in limbo.
