I deposit and play at Trustdice.
I verify my account, approved. I make a withdrawal, approved within 24h. Good.
I request another witrhdrawal, and the status becomes "being reviewed" and never changes. I have sent 5 emails to Trustdice, all of which have been ignored. On Live Chat they tell me they cannot help and I should send an email !!
Withdrawl amount 0.147 BTC, balance excluding withdraw 0.211 BTC, picture attached, please help

Trustdice website says: "Mostly, withdrawal funds will be sent instantly, but in some cases (security check, Insufficient hot wallet balance, etc.) withdrawal request might be delayed for up to 24 hours."
