Ignoring me after refund dispute

So on 1st April 2022 I raised a dispute with Trustdice to refund all my deposits and close the account immediately. After speaking to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board it became apparent that the casino is illegally transacting with me as a UK Consumer. On 13th April 2022 I received an email from Trustdice Compliance Team. They asked me to complete KYC to prove I am a UK Consumer and they will sort a solution out for me. I sent them the documents on the same day and now I have heard nothing since. I sent more emails but still nothing. Live Support can't help as they said Compliance are dealing with it. Because I am being ignored I thought I would ask yourselves to get involved. The amount of deposits altogether to date amounts to £4961.10 ($6210.54) worth of crypto in both USDT and BTC. Hope we can come to an amicable solution with this so the Curaçao Gaming Control Board do not suspend there Licence or Fine them. Just adding to this, as per the Antillephone Licence they hold it is the Operators responsibility to make sure they can offer there services to territories and not the customers, no matter how many casinos try saying in there terms its the customers responsibility.
