We would like to inform you that we attempted to process your withdrawal request via Zimpler on 02/03/2025. However, the payment provider (Zimpler) rejected the transaction. Following this, we reached out to you, requesting that you contact Zimpler to determine the reason for the rejection.
On the same day (02/03/2025), we received another withdrawal request via bank transfer. Unfortunately, this request was also rejected due to our policy, which requires withdrawals to be processed using the same method as the initial deposit, in this case, Zimpler. We then contacted you again, advising you to reach out to Zimpler to resolve any issues preventing the withdrawal.
As an exception, we have approved and processed your most recent withdrawal request via bank transfer, submitted on 02/04/2025. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
