Hi i won $9000 last week from Royal Vegas. And my request for withdrawal has been processed on monday. I got an email from the asking me to submit documents for verification that night which I sent right away to avoid any delays.
And the next day I received an email again asking to provide a picture that shows all 4 corners of the document and the back of visa card. I also emailed them right away which was on tuesday.
Now it has been more than 48 hours but i havent heard anything from them. I tried to email them but none!
I just want my money

I can confirm that we have managed to pay 5000 CAD to you via Ecorcard as per your request. You will see your monies within 24 - 48 hours, if not already.
The balance has been put back into your casino account as we are only able to pay 5000 to you per week.
Next week you can request a further withdrawal.
