At 09-09-2019 I chatted with Sportsbet to close my account, they told me to do it by e-mail, so I did send them that night an e-mail from my iCloud account (see screenshot).
Then they answered that they need the e-mail from my registered account and I did also from the registered e-mail (see other screenshot)
They didn't answered to me and I kept playing and losing.
Again at 19-09-2019 I asked them to close my account by livechat (screenshot). They answered that they need the e-mail from my registered account but I already did so, they just don't want to close my account.
They even motivate me to lose more, as today (21-10-2019) they say if I play more I will get a bonus soon but they know I have a gambling problem.
Come on and close my account and refund all losses I had after the date I requested to close my account.
