I would like to report the sportsbet.io site for "alleged" infringement. On the site they have slots with the name Boongo which belongs to Direx NV, based in Curacao, but when I open the games Playson is not mentioned in the center of the screen, although they are games attributable to Playson based in Malta and licensed assigned by GAMBLING COMMISSION ( UK).
This is very strange because it is the first time that it happens to me in a casino with Playson games, practically as soon as the game is opened it appears to be Boongo's software program, but when it finishes loading and does it start referencing Playson?

Boongo doesn't have access to the graphics engine? what is that screenshot? surely anyone can enter your site and open the Playson slots with proof to find that they actually open with another graphics engine.

El casino no reconoce una apuesta ganada la cual aposté +3.5 tarjetas amarillas en el encuentro y en todas las estadisticas se muestran 4 tarjetas, por lo tanto tendria que considerarse como ganada. Ellos sostienen que uno de los jugadores de un equipo fue amonestado estando en el banco de suplentes y que por eso no cuenta su amonestacion por no estar en campo, pero el jugador terminó ingresando y ellos tienen una regla que dice "Toda apuesta realizada sobre un jugador específico deberá participar en el juego para considerarse válida." Considero que me estan estafando porque ellos en ningun apartado aclaran que dada esta situacion de que el jugador sea amonestado fuera del campo no cuente si el mismo ingresa.

My name is Selin and my sportsbet.io username is sturker. I started bet with sportsbet.io more or less 20 days ago.
Since then,sometimes I have won and sometime lost bets. However, on 04/02/2022, I could not withdraw the money I earned from the bet(2.852,85 USDT). I contacted sportbet.io officials via e-mail. Sportsbet.io emailed me that they wants to verify my account. I submitted documents on the same day through email and they emailed me back saying that they wants me to do verify process new system of uploading documents. I have done that as well.
Then they emailed to me to asking if i have more than one another account. I don't have another account and I have forwarded this information to them via e-mail.
They sent me two different usernames(ekayhan-eozdogan) and asked how I was related to these people. These users are my friends and we all have our own sportbet.io account.I informed this information by e-mail to them .
They did not reply to my e-mail. I wrote 3 more e-mails stating that I am waiting for a reply, but they have not responded for 5 days.

The bet that won is calculated by losing
