
I tried to log into my account on March 1st,2025, but it was asking for 2f, which u had not activated.
I used a temporary email to register the account because if this, I had to use my other email to consult customer team I had answered all the security questions to prove that this is indeed my account.
The team said the email has been updated, and u can use my account, but 6 hours later, when I tried to log in to my account, it was asking for 2FA, which u didn’t activate again
Then I texted them from the updated email, they told me this email is not registered.
Again, I had to go through the painful process of convincing them that this was my account, and finally, they sent me my account. It is verified, and u can access my account again.
After this message, when I tried to log in, it again asked for 2fa, and the customer team has gone cold, and they are not responding.
