I tried to log into my account on March 1st,2025, but it was asking for 2f, which u had not activated.

I used a temporary email to register the account because if this, I had to use my other email to consult customer team I had answered all the security questions to prove that this is indeed my account.

The team said the email has been updated, and u can use my account, but 6 hours later, when I tried to log in to my account, it was asking for 2FA, which u didn’t activate again

Then I texted them from the updated email, they told me this email is not registered.

Again, I had to go through the painful process of convincing them that this was my account, and finally, they sent me my account. It is verified, and u can access my account again.

After this message, when I tried to log in, it again asked for 2fa, and the customer team has gone cold, and they are not responding.

I believe it's 122 toncoin or little more
As it's been more than 15 days I am not quite sure

15 days ago 122 toncoin was equivalent to 488$ when i had achance to withdraw
I cant attah a file because I am not ble to login to my account

Latest update: Sportsbet has disabled my account for submitting the complaint.
On a last ditch effort I tried to connect with them in hope of resolving,but they proved me again how ineffective they are.
This time I am not just looking for funds but for compensation for making me to through this unnecessary things and waiting my valuable time.

I provide them with all the proofs about how their team had acknowledged that my mail was updated (u was using temp mail where I couldn’t send any email but only receive,hence the change in email) and my account was verified

But being the imbeciles they are,they refused to accept but once I provided them the proofs ,they are shellshokced and have gone cold .

Is sportsbet team Blind?

Can they not see the screenshot provided??

They have acknowledged the updated mail from <email address removed> to the present one <email address removed>

They even sent me account is verified and can play as usual

I have provided proof for all the conversation

I have deposited and withdrawn more than 800 Toncoin ,and i had no issues


Now why would they acknowledge to updating the mail and account verified status?


Why these < offensive language removed > send mail to <email address removed>

And mention username satyasingh123 ,your account is verified and you can play as usual on March 11th?

I sincerely apologise for my language
I have provided all the relavant proofs here as well as to the sportsbet team.

I am mentally tired and frustrated to be treated like this
I have not breached any t&c because just a day before when i raised issue account lock i had withdrawn 200Toncoin

Till now i have withdrawn more than 800 toncoin and u never had any issue(sportsbet team can verify this statement)

I have cooperated in every possible way and have answered all security questions presented to me.

Sportsbet team have acknowledged the following two
1- Email is updated
2- Account is verified

I have uploaded the screenshots for the same.

I just don’t know what to do and will I really get my funds back.

Thanks to Askgamblers team for supporting me and I will behave professionally from now onwards.

Sportsbet team has mentioned they don’t believe that i am account holder,
they have trust issue even after answering all their security questions and verifying account.
Can they transfer back the funds to the same address from where it was getting deposited?
So they can go to sleep at night believing they transferred funds to the right person and i get my money back because i am the rightful owner of that account !

Is this ok?

I trust you to look into my screenshots and if necessary i will provide access to my mail both registered one and updated one as mentioned by sportsbet team
You guys are really my last hope and whatever necessary required from my side I would be happy to assist

If i had breached any t&c, the team would have mentioned in the first reply itself as they have done previously with many of your complaints.

I just want by funds back and I just don’t seem to understand , how the issue got this complicated.

If sportsbet wants to verify again and ask any security questions
I will answer to them here itself because in email I have already done with that process and they have acknowledged too but for their own ego satisfaction
I will do it again.

I really needs my funds back and that’s all i care about
