I made a withdrawal of 950 eur on 20th of November (screenshot attached). I received an email that it was approved on 24th of November (screenshot attached). However, I haven't receive my money yet. I have contacted live chat 4 times already but they always tell me the same thing, that my withdrawal has been approved and that i will receive my money very soon, however, that "very soon" is lasting very long. I am attaching screenshots where you can see one of my chats with spintropolis casino. I have also sent an email to the finance team, however, haven't received any reply. I hope Askgamblers can help me out here because it looks they do not want to pay me out.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We have seen that your withdrawal was sent to Skrill payment on the 24th of November 2020. The casino finance team has been informed by the payment processor that Skrill has payment issues and all payments request were rejected.

Since Skrill payment was not feasible, you have been asked to provide a bank statement with IBAN to process the payment buy wire transfer.

The payment request was processed yesterday and update us in the next 3 business days if payment was received.

Thank you for your understanding and we apologise for the delays.

First of all I do not understand why not try making the payment to skrill once again but that is not a problem, I sent you my bank account details so I am waiting for the wire transfer in this case. Furthermore, I don't understand (if that is true, but in my opinion that is not) why not inform me if you tried making a payment to skrill on 24th of November and it was rejected. Not only you did not inform me, but I was 4 times on live chat and they always contacted finance team and the answer was always "there is delay in the payments but it will be processed very soon". Doesn't make sense, does it?
I will inform you when the withdrawal reached my bank account.
I have also made one more withdrawal request, my final balance of 789 eur.

Neither have I received my withdrawal of 950 eur nor my another withdrawal of 789 eur has been approved yet.
