Hello,
I would like to file a complaint against Sirwin casino. My balance is 3062.35 USD, as you see in the screenshots attached.
My only deposit was 500 USD, no bonus taken. I managed to win some money, so I asked for a 100 USD withdrawal on the 12th of March. As you can see in the screenshots, it was denied with this explanation: "Your bets have been found to be risky, take bets up to 5 times your deposit (2500 USD) with a minimum of 2 matches and at least one of the bets with a minimum odds of 1.50, then you can withdraw".
Strange, my bets were just random tennis, ITF circuit, matches, as you can see in Bets1 screenshot. But whatever, I went with it and on the 13th of March, I put some bets with requirements mentioned, as you can see in Bets2 image. Later, I asked for 500 USD withdrawal, it was accepted and I received my money. But unfortunately, those were the last money I managed to get.

On the 16th of March, I attempted to make a 1000 USD withdrawal. First, it was denied with explanation: "Please submit a request after your open coupons have been finalized" - I had some open bets at the time, I have no idea, why it was an issue, but I waited for those bets to get settled. Few hours later, on the 17th of March, another withdrawal attempt of 1000 USD. Denied again, explanation: "Your game content is under review by the risk department". When I messaged the Sirwin support in the PMs, they replied again with "Your bets have been found to be risky, take bets up to 5 times your deposit (2500 USD) with a minimum of 2 matches and at least one of the bets with a minimum odds of 1.50, then you can withdraw" as they did once before. Again, I decided to comply their strange requirements and put many bets to fulfill the rollover of 2500 USD (screenshots Bets3, Bets4 and Bets5). But later again, another 1000 USD withdrawal declined with "Your game content is under review by the risk department" explanation.

All screenshots of my bets, deposits, withdrawals (both accepted and denied), PM messages and livechat messages with the casino are included as private attachments. Thanks in advance.

After I messaged Sirwin casino with this complaint here and told them I'm going to contact their license provider, they finally approved my withdrawal attempts. So I would like to confirm the whole balance of my account (3062 USD) got paid and you can mark this as resolved.

I would still recommend avoiding this casino though, unless you like to spend hours arguing and fighting for your money. And as always, thanks Askgamblers for your help.
