On November 26 I withdrew 9000 from this casino. I have previously made withdrawals with no issue. This time is different. I outline my experience thus far:
-Waited 5 days. Contacted Chat Support. They said wait 7 days.
-I contacted Chat after 7 Days and they said the money was released and to provide my bank account to prove it hadn't been received.
-December 6th: I sent the information immediately (enclosed emails)
-December 6th: Response was that I should wait 24-48 hours for them to look into it.
-December 10th: I asked for an update
-December 10th: Response is that it would take a few more days
-December 13th: Response is that they sent me docuements of the processing.
-December 13th: There were no documents attached to the email so I told them I did not receive
-December 13th: Response is that they attached the documents to a new email
-December 13th: The attachment was a link that opened in a browser and was not legible.
I continued to email to send the documents. Nothing has been forthcoming and communication from RVC has ceased.
