On May 29 8:11 am I deposit $50 via Instadebit and I also opted in for the 40% match bonus they offered. The receipt came through immediately from Instadebit that it was successful and it went to the merchant (Royal Vegas) but the money did not show up in my account. I sent an email immediately and also went on to LIVE CHAT to explain. I was given an email address so they could trace the deposit. I did that. It's been over 48 hours and I have heard no word at all. No replies from my emails. Not even an automated reply. I contacted LIVE CHAT again to ask for a phone number or another email address I could use to speak to someone who could look into this. However, somehow I got disconnected. This is more than a complaint, there's missing money that hasn't been accounted for and that is very concerning. And to not even get a notification that it's being looked into is unacceptable. I've lost lots of trust from Royal Vegas. (I have the emails and receipt but I can't figure out how to send it PDF. But i could email them to you)
