On Feb 27/21 I made a deposit of $70. I have the interac email showing it was deposited to PayDirect Billing Solutions. I also have a copy of my bank transactions showing it was taken from my bank account. When I made the transaction, I accidentally missed putting the reference number in the message area. I contacted the casino several times since then to have them trace it so that it can be deposited. I put a trace on the deposit through their website on Feb 28/21. I have gone online to their chat......but they aren't much help. I have tried to contact PayDirect Billing Solutions by email, looking up an email on websites. Have not had any responses to my emails. I put in a second request to trace through Royal Vegas Casino website. Am very frustrated with both the casino and PayDirect. Can you please help me?
