Hello, please advise and help me on below.

I won 30k GBP on Royal Panda casino.

First they questioned where I was playing from, I verified this - accepted

They asked for driver license/passport - I sent - accepted

They asked for utility bill and front /back of card - I sent - accepted

They asked for proof of income - I sent invoice (attached) - accepted

They asked for Oct bank statement - I sent (attached) - rejected.

Reason, no mention of last 4 digits of card, and they insist on all Oct transactions.

My reply, bank statement clearly shows account and sort code number which matches the front of my bank card sent, verifying the card. In addition to this the statement clearly shows the x 2 100 GBP depsoits coming from the same card, the only deposits i made. The only other visible transaction on my statement is the confirmation of my Invoice going into the same account.

I will not show them all my banking transaction, that is personal information. i have showed them every transaction involved with thier casino.

Finally i have informed them that i have used similar methods on other account, one of which my payoiut was more than 30k GBP. To my they are desperatley seeking a loophole not to pay me.

Explain further the necessary details?
i have shown my 2 depsoits from said account and i have shown proof off my wage/invoice coming into the account.

Again simple match the account and sort code numbe on my statement to the card i supplied, i cannot provide a statement with my full card number. All the information is there.

What other transactions are necessary and relevant to this withdrawal?, give examples as you are obvioudly looking for something, which i have no idea why?

You also quote the amount as a contibuting factor, kindly inform me what amount i can withdraw monthly without exposing every single detail on my bank balance?

It stipulates on your site when posting a reply, (do not expose sensitive information), well that is exactley why all my transactions on my account other than the two mentioned above are in no way relevant. to this complaint.

Royal Panda,

I called my bank regarding the card number showing on my statement and the reply was a conclusive, this is never shown on our bank statements, unless it is specifically a credit card.

The card i used was from a current account. So you have to revert to what i said above and cross refer accounts and sort code with my scanned copy of card, which also shows the last four digits

You already have are the inforation necessary from previous attachments.

Ok, in the meantime i have scanned the front of my card onto my statement, so you can clearly see account and sort code match and the last 4 digits on my card.

See attached further evidence of my last 4 digits on card matching ac and Sort, this time actually on my bank balance.

I opened pending transactions and you can clearly see 3 transaction stating card ending ....

On this occasion i have allowed the 3 transactions to be seen.

Did you receive my statement confirming last 4 digits on 3 transactions pending? You are repeating the same statement over and over.

You have been in discussion with the casino? What is your viewpoint on this?
Do you agree with above statement from Royal Panda, i ask as i am quite ignorant to the process and how much you legally can get involved.

I have shown 3 pending tranaction with my last 4 digitis on card.
I am not sending all details off my bank statement, over the internet.

If Royal Panda has representives in Edinburgh or Glasgow i am happy to meet and show my statement, but there will be no copys. I have zero to hide, i am simply protective and carefull of my personal banking and transactions.

If the answer to this is a no....and same Panda statement, then i will happily spend half of my "winnings" on legal aid.

Its pretty obvious to me the casino thinks i live in a restricted area and wish to see something on my bank statement alluding to this, i can assure you they will be bitterly dissapointed.
