I requested a withdrawal of 7000Euro on 24/02 and sent all documents required for verification (Proof of payment , address and also copy of passport). These were all verified and completed all okay. I then received and email saying my withdrawal request has been sent for processing. I waited 48 hours and nothing seemed to be happening i checked my RP account and the amount was still in my account and i was able to reverse withdrawal thus indicating that the withdrawal process had not even started yet, I spoke with someone on chat and they advised that it was being investigated and would take a little longer. It has now be over 96 hours and still nothing spoke with someone again today and had the same response that it was being investigated. When asking what exactly was being investigated considering i have passed all verification process prior i was advised to just be patient. I jsut want to know exactly what is taking so long to process the withdrawal and why the "extra investigating".
