Account Disabled and Delayed Withdrawal

I have been trying to withdrawal my balance of 880 Euro since March 5th and in the end my account was disabled for no reason. I deposited 200 initially and I turned them into 880 with a few sports bets and Live Roulette. I am not going to ask for my account to be reopened but I want at least my withdrawal to be processed and I hope AskGamblers team can help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Rooster Bet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information and taking into account the player's confirmation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of a disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I understand now that I have broken some rules of the casino. I wasn't aware of those rules which is not an excuse, I just want to make it clear I wasn't trying to gain something that wasn't already mine. The one thing that attracted me to your website was the Free bet for sports, which I used and happened to win around 200 EUR. Every bet after that was placed because the casino Terms and Conditions ask for the deposit to be wagered 3 times before withdrawal (I am not here to critic your rules but it seems slightly unfair when most places demand only 1 time wager on the deposit). Anyway, I accept your decision because being unaware of some rules doesn't mean the rules are not valid. It would be nice if you are willing to at least return my original deposit. Thank you.
