I’ve deposited €100 on 13/06/23 . It came out of my bank so I waited 10 mins. Still not in there. So I contacted live chat regarding my issue. Their response was please wait up to 1hr and if the funds have not gone in we will investigate the matter. Till this day they have not gave me any sort of communication regarding my deposit. This is horrendous customer service.
