After I scored a huge win on my First deposit of 500€(750€ Bonus received), the Casino cancelled my winnings of almost 14000€ without giving me an explanation. I have contacted them many Times but they simply say they don't have to give any explanation regarding their decision. I have read their Terms at least 5 Times and I am 100% Sure I have not breached ANYTHING. Please Askgamblers, help me with this you are my only Hope to getting my Money...

As we mentioned, we identified that there was an abuse of our deposit bonuses. Specifically, it was found that two accounts were created and accessed from the same IP addresses, and both accounts utilized the welcome bonuses. This action is against our terms and conditions, which clearly state that multiple accounts are not permitted and that each player is only eligible for one welcome bonus. We sent all the evidence to your complaint department.

I am reaching out to formally submit a complaint against Rolletto Casino, which has been unlawfully withholding my funds and refusing to provide a resolution. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with their support team, I have been met with vague responses, endless delays, and a complete lack of transparency regarding my account status.

A few weeks ago, my account was suddenly blocked, and my balance was frozen without warning. Despite my repeated follow-ups, Rolletto continues to ignore my requests for a clear explanation and immediate withdrawal of my rightful funds. Their lack of transparency and refusal to release my money is deeply concerning, and I strongly believe they are engaging in unfair and unethical practices.

I have contacted their support team multiple times via email and live chat.

I have asked for specific details about the investigation and when I will receive my funds.

They continue to evade my questions and provide no resolution.

My funds remain illegally withheld with no timeframe for release.
