I made a withdrawal on September 3rd, 2025, and have been waiting to get paid. I contacted support, at which point they told me that they are delaying the transaction. The casino also will not let me do my KYC verification. There is no way that I can withdraw from the casino, which I won in fairly. The casino is holding my money and delaying the transaction.
