I am submitting a complaint regarding Robocat Casino concerning delayed payments and unresponsive customer service.
It has now been 11 days since I submitted all requested verification documents, yet my account still has not been verified. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no response from my assigned VIP manager since the initial document request. The silence and lack of transparency have made the withdrawal process unnecessarily long and frustrating.
As a loyal player, I find this treatment unacceptable. I provided all the required documents promptly and in full compliance with the casino’s KYC requirements. There has been no update or explanation for the continued delay in processing my payment.
I am requesting that Robocat Casino expedite the verification process and release my pending payment.
