When I claimed my first withdrawal 5 days ago, the casino asked for my account verification proofs of my MYFINITY wallet, which I don’t use, and I don’t even know its existence.

I told them that I don’t use this wallet and sent them a screenshot of my deposit to them from my bank account. I sent them all the appropriate proofs that they want pdf February statement from my bank that I used to verify in more than 10 casinos, and nobody replies for 3 days.

Now, I tried to contact support and live chat, and nobody replies
