I am lodging an official complaint against Richville Casino regarding the sudden closure of my account and the confiscation of approximately €2,000 in winnings.
Upon trying to access my account, I discovered it was blocked. When I contacted support, they informed me that my account was banned under clause 16.10.2.3 for "bonus abuse" (see attached email).
I strongly deny this accusation. I have strictly followed all the casino's Terms and Conditions, including all bonus rules (maximum bet limits, eligible games, and wagering requirements). I have not engaged in any fraudulent activity, nor do I possess multiple accounts.
It seems the casino is using a generic "bonus abuse" clause as an excuse to avoid paying out a legitimate, substantial win.
I kindly request that AskGamblers assist me in:
1. Demanding that Richville Casino provide concrete evidence of the alleged bonus abuse.
2. Recovering my confiscated winnings of €2,000 and reopening my account (or facilitating a manual withdrawal).
I am fully ready to cooperate, provide any necessary identification documents (KYC), and assist in the investigation.
