I am writing to express my frustration regarding my withdrawal request of 498 EUR, which I made on Sunday. I have been waiting for a long time, and despite my repeated attempts to contact support via emails, live chat, and messages, I keep receiving the same automated response: “Please wait, your funds will be processed.” It feels like I am talking to a robot rather than a real support agent.

I have deposited more than 250 EUR into my account, and when I finally won, it seems like you are refusing to process my withdrawal. This situation is extremely concerning, and I would like a clear and immediate update on the status of my payment.

Please provide a concrete response and let me know when exactly I will receive my funds. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

Kindly be informed that all customer withdrawals have been canceled and played down by him and there is currently no active balance or pending withdrawals to be processed by us.
