I contact you because despite many contacts by mail with Revolution Casino regarding my requests for withdrawals that remain unprocessed by their services, there is still no progress.
It has been between 12 and 14 days since I made 3 requests for withdrawal by bank transfer and that no processing changes have been made by their services.
Revolution Casino does not comply with their Terms and Conditions where it is marked in 6.15 I quote "Withdrawal requests are processed by the financial service within 3 business days..."
Despite reminders during the last 10 days followed by emails: Your request (24672517) Your request (24377612) Your request (24168152) Your request (24925887).

For several days the services of Revolution Casino answer me by mail I quote "that they are working actively so that I am credited in the shortest possible time". However, no advances in treatments are recorded on my Revolution account.
We have been at a standstill regarding the processing of my withdrawal requests for more than a week, and the multiple contacts by emails with their services do not change the situation.
That is why today I contact you to file a complaint against Revolution Casino for non-compliance with their withdrawal processing deadlines and non-compliance with their Terms and Conditions.
