Not able to withdraw funds.

Withdraws got delayed for 5 days after the 3 business day "time period" it would take - due to "payment processing" the casino is saying.

So I tried to cancel and try another payout method. Now I cannot even withdraw anything with any method.

Talked to live chat. They said I would recieve an email from the technical department about now - nothing yet. Only emails that say I am canceling these withdrawals.

I am now able to request withdrawals which after 2 weeks of waiting I request that you expedite the procedure.

Kindly be informed that all of your withdrawals had been canceled by you currently and we would kindly ask you for a little bit of patience and not to cancel the withdrawals so finance team can process them.

Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays. The status of your withdrawal will be updated in your balance history once it has been processed.

In addition, bear in mind that in case you decide to revoke an existing pending withdrawal, the withdrawal process will recommence.

Now it is the 5th business day after new withdrawal request. None of my requests has been completed. I just want to know when they are going to be accepted. It says 3 business days, but I waited far longer than that on my first attempt.

Got my current withdrawals accepted. Now we just have to wait and see if the rest of my money will be withdrawable in a month when I have a new withdrawal limit.

I have requested 2 more withdrawal request, with one last remaining which I will do tomorrow. Whenever the withdrawals get accepted and I recieve the final funds from my account, I will be updating the thread so we can close it.

I have 3 outstanding withdrawal requests. The first one was requested over a week ago. The other two are still quite recent so I dont expect them to be accepted just yet. - But considering the history of the reviews and other complaints of this casino I want to make sure that my withdrawals are safe via this complaint thread. I will update you @AskGamblers, when my withdrawals have been accepted.
