Unjustified confiscation of winnings

I registered in pribet about a month ago and made a deposit of 98 dollars for the skrill wallet and applied the welcome bonus, after almost 3 weeks and completing the bonus rollover requirements I obtained a total profit of 541 usd.

I tried to verify my account to proceed to make a withdrawal and that's when the problems started, the verification application always had errors, I tried unsuccessfully to verify my account for 2 days, when the support just answered me, it told me to send them my documents by email, which I do.

The next day I receive an email from support that says that my account is verified and I try to request a withdrawal and when I go to the withdrawal area the message appears that I have to verify my account, I contact support and they tell me that I must verify my account through the application because it is a separate verification system, despite the problems and being upset I tried to verify my account through the application, the system always showed me an error or the window closed suddenly, only after 2 days I was able to complete the verification.

Almost 5 days after my first attempt I was able to fully verify my account through the application and proceeded to request the withdrawal of 275 usd of the 541 usd that I had, and left the rest to continue making bets, 2 days later in my account I get a message that says:

"Your withdrawal request was rejected as bonus manipulation had been detected - your thus generated winnings were redeemed. Please refer to the bonus and the website's general terms of use or contact customer support for further clarification."

After this I contact support to find out the reason and nobody tells me anything, the support staff seems to not understand anything and they answer nonsense things, honestly they do not help at all and do not help at all, that in addition to the fact that they take time in the chat Like 2 minutes to answer each message and he answers nonsense things.

The truth is that being in pribet was a terrible experience and I don't recommend it to anyone, the support is lousy.

I just want my money back

Withdrawal delayed beyond 72 hours

Hello AskGamblers team,

I’m reaching out here in hopes of receiving assistance with a delayed withdrawal from an online casino listed on your platform.

I was fortunate enough to win €5,000 and initially requested a withdrawal of €2,700. A couple of days later, I received an email from the casino informing me that an 8% tax fee would apply, and I was asked to confirm whether I wanted to proceed. I replied yes, but also included a follow-up question in the same message.

Later, after speaking with the casino’s live chat support, I was informed that the withdrawal was rejected because my response was “not specific enough” — even though I clearly confirmed that I wanted to continue.

After that, I submitted a new withdrawal request for the full €5,000. However, it has now been over 4 days with no progress. Each time I contact live chat, I’m told the same thing: that the relevant department is reviewing it and that I will receive an email soon. So far, I haven’t received any updates. According to their own terms and conditions, withdrawals should be processed within 72 hours, which has already passed.

I truly hope this issue can be resolved soon, as I’ve enjoyed the platform overall and would be happy to continue playing there if everything goes smoothly. I will keep this post updated on AskGamblers with any progress regarding my situation.
