Stalling 780 euro payment
29 Jun 2017 I registered in Platincasino. Made 100 euro deposit from my Skrill account and got a 100 euro bonus. 5 July the balance was 781.70, the wagering requirements were met, all provided docs were approved and my account was fully verified.
I tried to make a withdrawal back to my Skrill account but this method was removed from my account. I was told in the live chat that currently they could pay only to Bank account. I went to the Bank, opened Bank account in euro currency specially for this transaction. Sent them the Bank Reference with IBAN and BIC.
Then started problems. First, I couldn't make a withdrawal by myself - always was an error: "Please enter the valid IBAN". I checked many times - the IBAN was correct. A few weeks later, the support team agreed to make a withdrawal from their side manually into my bank account. 8 September I got an email from Support Agent Christina that my withdrawal was processed. Here is an email:
"Dear Volodymyr,
we processed your withdrawal of 780€. Hope everything goes well this time.
Regards,
Christina
Support Agent

I was happy, I thought at last, trouble was over.
But 22 September I checked the status of the withdrawal, the status was "Started". I asked Christina why has the withdrawal still "Started" status, she told me -
"The bank data you provided didn't work.
We tried to send the money to UA38 3052 9900 0516 8757 3345 6204 0 but it didnt go through with the error message "The account data is not valid".
I went again to the Bank, the agent checked again - all requisites were correct. 25 September I sent to Platincasino an email that I visited Bank, all requisites I provided were correct, there must be an error at their website.
Since 25 September Platincasino ignores my emails.
