Unpaid crypto withdrawal after KYC approval 10 days delay
I submitted a withdrawal request on June 22, 2025. On June 25, the casino requested KYC documents, which I provided immediately. On June 27, KYC was approved.
Today is July 2, and my withdrawal is still “under review.” More than 8 business days have passed since the initial request, and 3 business days since KYC approval — this violates the advertised 1–3 business day crypto withdrawal timeframe.
I have contacted support more than 10 times via chat and email. I always receive the same scripted replies: “Finance is informed,” “Please send more emails,” or “We are working on it.” No one from finance has contacted me directly and no concrete information is provided.
I have kept all my messages polite and followed every rule. I have never used a bonus and played fairly. I am not from a restricted country.
At this point, I believe Pistolo Casino is avoiding payment and misleading players.
Please help me resolve this and receive the withdrawal I’m owed.
