Unjustified delay in withdrawals
Hello,
I would like to file a formal complaint regarding Pistolo.com, an online casino operated by Stellar Ltd, licensed under the Anjouan Gaming Board.
I currently have three pending withdrawal requests that remain unpaid despite exceeding the stated processing time:
€500 requested on July 4th, 2025
€500 requested on July 5th, 2025
€490 requested on July 6th, 2025
According to their terms and conditions, withdrawals are supposed to be processed by the finance department within 3 business days.
Despite this, my requests remain pending well beyond that timeframe.
I have been contacting their live chat support daily, and each time I receive the same generic responses, such as "there is a delay, but there is no cause for concern." No concrete reason is provided, and I am not given access to the finance team or any escalation path. I feel that my requests are being intentionally stalled, without transparency.
This behavior contradicts their own stated terms:
"Withdrawal requests shall be processed by the Finance Department within 3 (three) business days..."
I kindly ask AskGamblers to intervene and assist in securing the release of my rightfully owed funds totaling €1,490 and to urge the casino to follow its own processing terms in a transparent and timely manner.
