Payment delayed over 168 Hours

I was looking for a casino with skillonnet software on askgamblers, I found redkings casino rated very good 8, with a pending time 0-24 hours and payment with e-wallet 24-48 hours, So I registered and logged on the casino on Wednesday 23 september 2015, I made my first deposit of $40 via neteller with the bonus of 100%, I had $80 on my balance, I played for hours to clear the wagering requirements, I finished the wagering requirement the same day, and I still got $500 in my balance, I decided to make a withdrawal of that amount, I uploaded all my documents, and made a withdrawal request late on the same date, I received a confirmation of my withdrawal request by email, on the same day I tried to make some other deposits, but I was told I can’t make any deposit while I have a pending withdrawal, after 2 days, on Friday 25 September 2015, I contacted the live chat about that withdrawal request and they answered me that the amount should get to my neteller account on Monday, I decided to wait another 2 days, on Monday, as I did not receive anything yet, I contacted the live chat again, and the answer was that they had to contact me by phone to verify some information, I was contacted by phone on Monday 28 September 2015 at 13h50 GMT, they said everything Is ok, and that the amount should get to my account maximum on Tuesday 29 September 2015, and on Tuesday 29 September 2015, I still did not receive anything, so I contacted the live chat at 12h30, and they answered that they have nothing to do about that delay, that was just the normal procedure, I tried to get connected to the redkings casino to talk with the live chat many times, I couldn’t access my account, reason cluttered system, try again in few minutes, so I contacted the support by phone, and they answer me the same thing, and she promised me to send an email to the finance department about this problem.
Today Thursday 30 September 2015, I am still waiting for that winning to be transferred to my account, and my account is still blocked, I can’t even access to my account at the casino.
Means that from my withdrawal request until now I am waiting about 168 hours, and in their page on askgamblers they have a pending maximum 24h+payment maximum 48h = 72Hours to get your money to your account. Now I want to know why they had delayed that payment for over 168 Hours.
I used to play in many other casinos since 1998, I have never had any problem with any others, except this casino that I trusted following his rating at askgamblers, maybe askgamblers team should recheck the note they gave that casino.
Just one other thing, why Casinos don't make their verification before we make deposits, because when we decide to make a deposit we don't verify the casino and all deposits "e-wallet" are instant, why cashouts aren't the same, we give our money instant and to receive it, we have to wait longer with all the barriers they create.

My Withdrawal hasn't been paid, 19 days and counting
Casino claims transaction has been processed and paid.

My bank confirmed that they have not received the payment

Please find the attached proof as asked for!

This is what has happened so far and I'm not happy...

1) I have deposited with card ending 4117 to withdraw my funds

2) £20(?) was successful to withdraw

3) Attempted to withdraw 1240€, the transaction instead of being send to card ending 4117 it was send to card ending 2289, which my bank rejected as they don't accept refunds as a type of transaction

4) I was asked to provide other bank details for a wire transfer, so I provided the bank details for card ending 4117, which I don't own, the money couldn't be paid to an account with a different name, which is contradictory to point 2.

5) I therefore provided my TransferWise account details with a EURO IBAN number and BIC/SWIFT Code and I explicity stated that I need to be paid in EUROS as that's the only currency that the bank accepts.

6) You pay me in GBP anyway? No idea why this happened, good stuff?

7) Bank rejected payment as it's GBP not EUROS

8) Now you claim the money has been successfully processed and TransferWise have confirmed they only accept EUROS into that account and therefore wouldn't convert the currency.

9) I'm more than happy to be paid on Skrill which I've verified through you guys.

This is just getting ridicolous as I've been trying to withdraw since the 27th December, which is over 19 days ago. I've provided all necessary documentation and I keep being told I will be contacted soon by the payments team or something. I haven't received an email from you guys since I withdrew originally. Please sort this out ASAP.

I read the the terms and agreed, then deposit my money into their casino and played, I got up to $700.00 plus and keep playing, when I got down to $670,00 (around there), I decided to withdraw $600.00 on the 24th of February and played with the rest and lost the $70.00. The next day I tried to deposit and the casino was saying; "you have a pending withdraw and you can't deposit until you cancel your withdraw or when your pending is cleared", I went to live help and asked what's the situation on my withdraw, the agent informed me that you have to send in you documents in order for your withdraw to be cleared, I sent the documents, they were not happy with them, I sent them again and again they were not happy and sent the last on February 27 and did not hear back, the next day the 28th, I logged into the casino and noticed the $600 pending was gone and they put a credit of $21.65 back into my account, I contacted live help and told me I broke bonus policies, I wagered too much, I played excluded game and my withdraw had been canceled. I played different games and no bonus was added to my account and since when does a person only wager a little at atime, I was on their mother site Mega Casino and never won anything, just spent hundreds, lost every game I played and never complained of unfair gaming, but I did uninstall Mega Casino and I guess that pissed them off and now they decided not to issue my winnings or credit the $600.00 I won, just the $21.65 and said no your not getting either. Now I want the $600.00 they own me.

I want money from my account

They take money from your account without your consentAnd when you try to get your money back they will simply say the money was deposited and played.Through when actually they cant prove it as the on your gambling account statement it would neverShow those transaction but if you check your bank statements you will find that the money will go Missing from time to time even if you dont use their website after using your card only once for theInitial deposit. In my case when i opened my account i deposited £100 and transfered it to my redkingsCasino account, played through lost everything and when i tried to deposit another £100 i found out my account is blocked for verification reason and i have to provide the required documents to make further deposits.I just simply didnt bother to send my documents as the games looked controlled so i thought i should just leave it as it is. The same evening i checked my account and found out that £500 have gone missing from my account so i contacted them straightaway and was told that it must have been an error and the monies should fall back into my account. After 2 and a half weeks i got the funds back in my account but a week after that it went missing again i called my bank and was told that the same company has re claimed the money and they authorized it because they thought that i shared my card details with them. Since then i am trying to get my money back but these people are completely denying all the facts and evidence i provided to prove my point and are telling me that i actually played through that money on their website when my redkings account transactions clearly shows that i had only deposited £100. I have contacted my bank again today and asked them to sort this mess out as it was their responsibilty to safeguard my money. Casino Redkings - didnot pay my withdrawl

i was played redking casino few months before with bonus 3200% and this bonus i found from a forum, when i create account i ask to chat support that , am i eligible to this bonus, they told me that iam eligible and i can claim this bonus after my deposit, but it didin't work when i claim this bonus with bonus code, but supporter manually credit this bonus, i played with this bonus and won more than 1800 after full filled all wagering requerment. and i withdraw request for 600, but they didn't process this amount and close my account and told me that i have double account with my name, and email me that only one account for one player, but i asked them to please tell my early accont nam wich you identifyed me other account...but they didn't telling ,,,,,, i checked my all eamil, ......but i didn't find any other account infomation and i used only one eamil address to register the casino, and i belive that if i used same email it couldn't work. whatever they didn't inform me that wich is other one yet. ti already email them i made deposit after enquiry from your supporter , so if you have found any double account please inform me other name, but they didn't prove it yet, and now they didn't send any reply in my eamil. please help me to get my money. if they belive that i have two account then they should prove other account with my name and return my deposit back,,,,or if they can't prove that i don't have two account with my name, they should give my withdrawl back.
