Our support informed us that you had a query regarding a payout of 4700AUD that was not received
yet on your end.

I see that the payout was sent from our end on the 05/08/2019 and it takes 1-5 working days for the funds to appear on your account.

I would advise you to check again as well for the day after tomorrow as it might have been delayed due to the weekend in between.

If by then, it has not been received yet, please send us a Bank Statement showing transactions from the 05/08/2019 till the 14/08/2019
so that we can check this further for you.

He Barry, I understand this is dragging on for a while, and that that is not pleasant if you won such a big prize.
Unfortunately everything on our side went well multiple times (just checked) which makes me think there goes something wrong on your side. To help you out asap I let you mail personally by one of our payment specialist after I mailed this. He will guide you through the process so it will not bounce again. Hopefully you will have it soon on your bank.

Hi Christa,

Thank you for your response; i have since received an email from your payments team; requesting my bank account details. '

I have confirmed ALL details with Westpac; and they advised they could receive this type of deposit.....usually within 3 business days,

Once again the bank details supplied to finance team; have been checked by the bank and are entered correctly.

i look forward to the deposit.

Thank you Christa, I had an email today saying the payment will be processed soon.

It would be fantastic to write a reply on here when the money arrives on my end.....until then i am going to remain a little sceptical.

I will post back on here when I see the funds.

He Barry, You were contacted by our team. They called our bank to sort out what went wrong with your payout. They executed the payout again -carefully monitored- and it was done. So if you now think we did not do our homework you are wrong. Do you really think we want to scam you after all of this ? Maybe the fact that the weekend is in between has something to do with it..don't you think ?

The only thing is its Tuesday today and there is STILL NO DEPOSIT into my account.

The numbers are correct the codes are correct; I checked them, your finance team checked them, my bank double checked them!!!

Yet still no money on my end???

Can you please supply an eta for the deposit 3-5 business days was nearly a MONTH ago now.

Anyway always look forward to your reply.

I'm not sure why they continue to delay the payment.

Below are some of the continued stalling by Omni Slots.

I have about 90 of these emails all saying the same thing BUT NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN recieved!

The last email I have from Omni is 12 days ago saying "payment will be there in 24 hours.

Since then ......nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What I have asked OMNI SLOTS is;

* Please work with me and find a payment option you can use OMNI and I will try and fit in. Although having tried the withdrawal with WESTPAC and ING and having it not going through again and again.....dosen't give much confidence they are planning to pay me AT ALL.

Also both banks have checked the account and there are NO ATTEMPTED DEPOSITS EITHER. the banks flat out just said it was never attempted in the first place; not something went wrong.
So......

Option 2

if they cant find a way to PAY my withdrawal REFUND ALL DEPOSITS MADE IN GOOD FAITH THAT OMNI WOULD HONOUR AND PAY LEGITIMATE WINNINGS.

If OMNI cant pay its customers .....are they really an ONLINE CASINO????

Hi Barry, After crushing us and posting negative remarks for the last 2 months, you now come with : "I believe I may have put an extra number on my account number for my bank account. So I will resend the details now. ".
You kept on accusing us of wrongdoing while we were always helpful and nice to you. So I expect you to correct this here on ASKG and apologise and give us a freaking good rating.

After you do that, we will initiate the payout again, of course after we deducted all the payout costs we had due to this.

Hi Christa,

Thats all fair enough: Yes i did give you the incorrect account number 2 weeks ago for the last attempt to withdraw my winnings......This was 2nd bank account i had to give because of 3 previous failed attempts remember

I haven't hears from you in the last 2 weeks, and after i spoke to the bank today they said the money would have bounced back immediately because i gave an invalid account number by mistake.

I have 2 questions:

1) So when did the funds come back into your account?
2) Now that you have the correct account number, when can your payments team process this?

and after the funds have been received clear in my account i will give you a fantastic rating.

I will also update the Askgamblers to resolved when i have clear funds in my account becaus­e..................please remember that there have been 3 withdrawal attempts with the correct account numbers entered that have failed.

That are questions I need to ask finance, since I don't have bank access.
But a international bounce take days before we see it back.
After that we wire it again and I pray that it will arrive..

We do huge numbers of payouts every day but you seem to have an evil spell on you.

Goodmorning, the withdrawal was reissued last Wednesday.
Just a note on the 3 weeks/ months ago that it has been issued that you like to display so much, that was your mistake, not ours, you gave us your wrong bank account details.
We are now waiting for confirmation from the bank that it has gone through. We will send you by email .

Im not sure what the continued delay is. Anyway.

Christa is there anything else i can do to finalise this payment.
