I cannot withdraw because it's greyed out so I have contacted the casino a few times (kyc@n­ord­isc­asi­ and (suppo­rt@­nor­dis­cas­ 9.11.2023 I sent my KYC documents. also had a question about withdrawals.

I haven't received any answers yet. I also tried live chat but that doesn't seem to work. It has been almost 3 weeks and I haven't been verified yet. I just want to withdraw my winnings of 1,378€.

Hello nordiscasino. I cannot withdraw because you havent verified the KYC that I sent you 3 weeks ago. Also I have contacted your support via email but havent heard anything. Could you check what is the issue my userid is 371357
