I won almost 3000$ at this casino over a month ago. First, I had issues with verification documents (I had to send them the same documents four times) and they answer after 1 week (which should take 24-48 hours). I now have no news from them. Tried to call, stayed on the phone to get the line for 1 hour, nobody answering, then live chat, same thing (and I had no problem before to talk with someone?!?! But now, nobody answering my chat??) I start to think they avoiding me. I am frustrated and don't know what to do... please help!!

I have reviewed your account can confirm that the following withdrawals have been paid through to you:
825 (processed on the 5th July)
100 (processed on the 5th July)
950 (processed on the 5th July)
20 (processed on the 5th July)
50.90 (processed on the 7th July)
The funds were paid into card ending 3025. You should have received all the payments except the last one of 50.90 as that was processed recently. Payments to card generally take 3 - 5 working days to reflect once processed and released.
If you are referring to another withdrawal please confirm the amount and I will gladly advise further.
With the maintenance that is taking place with the casino, it is taking longer than usual to get through to us via chat or call. We should be done with the maintenance soon so please be patient with us at this time.
